Rehab Programs

THE REHAB TEAM:

These specialists focus on restoring function to people while coordinating the long-term rehabilitation process.
The PHYSICAL THERAPIST is a health care professional who evaluate and manages health conditions for people of all ages. PTs evaluate individuals, diagnose conditions, and develop management plans using treatment techniques that promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
